Prof. MUDr. Viktor Kočka, Ph.D. is a professor of cardiology at the Third Faculty of Medicine of Charles University and the Cardiology Clinic of University Hospital Královské Vinohrady in Prague. He specializes in catheter-based treatment of heart diseases, particularly coronary artery interventions and transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI), in which he also serves as an international trainer. He is chairman of the Czech Association of Interventional Cardiology and participates in cardiovascular research and clinical trials.
