Axiological approach to the training of future teachers: formation of a value system

This article examines the axiological approach as a key principle in preparing future teachers, aimed at developing in them a stable system of professional and personal values. It argues for the necessity of integrating a value component into all aspects of the educational process in pedagogical universities to overcome formalism and ensure the depth of professional formation. Special attention is given to the role of teachers’ personal example, the creation of a trusting atmosphere, and the partnership of all participants in the educational process. The Results demonstrate that axiologically oriented preparation promotes the development in future teachers of professionally significant qualities: pedagogical optimism, moral and ethical culture, respect for the individuality of each student, tolerance in a multicultural environment, and readiness for self-development and reflection. It fosters the ability to see a child as a unique personality and to structure the educational process as a spiritual connection and co-creation.
