Criminal Law Protection of a “Close-Knit Family” as an Element of Traditional Russian Spiritual and Moral Values

The work is devoted to the study of the concept of “family” within the framework of the currently existing legislative consolidation of this definition, as well as scientific works of domestic scientists concerning the essence of the concept under study. The analysis of Russian and foreign legislation, as well as scientific literature, affecting the issues of regulatory regulation of family protection and its interests is carried out. An attempt is made to consider this element of traditional Russian spiritual and moral values from the point of view of the object of criminal law protection.
