The Zhu-Liang Meta-Theory of Complex Systems: A Transcendence over Self-Organization and Complex Systems Theory

Building upon the全新 foundation of the upgraded Zhu-Liang Catastrophe-Surmounting Recursive Element Paradigm (Version 4. 0), this paper provides an essential upgrade to the Zhu-Liang Meta-Theory of Complex Systems. This paradigm is logically grounded in two undeniable meta-facts (Existence of Difference F₁, Determinacy of Correlation F₂), with the Prime Mover = (T₀, M) as the ultimate source, the Recursive Element Axioms A1–A4 and the Catastrophe-Surmounting Axiom A5 as the framework, and the minimization of the entropy functional as the driving law.
