This paper fixes phase within the second system of Kasei-Theory. Phase is not introduced as transition, stage, sequence, development, state-change, transformation, process, phase shift, physical phase, phase space, informational state, or ontology. Reading does not establish phase. Time does not establish phase. Observation does not establish phase. State does not establish phase. Field does not establish phase. Interaction does not establish phase. Information does not establish phase. Configuration does not establish phase. Phase is fixed only as the local readability condition under which distributed maintainability is readable as phase without transition. This readability does not establish transition, stage, sequence, development, state-change, transformation, process, phase shift, physical phase, phase space, or ontology.
