Abstract

Three HAL results: (1) Lab measurements of G measure Gₑff = GN/C0; GN = C0 x GCODATA is a HAL prediction unobservable by measuring G alone. (2) Cosmic string GW: hHAL = hGR/C0 (-0. 73%), opposite to merger GW. (3) BBN: HHAL = HGR exactly, all abundances unchanged.
