These violations are sensitive issues that directly affect the stability of public order in any country, These violations arise as a result of non-compliance with laws and regulations, which weakens confidence in government institutions and negatively affects social, economic, and political security. As these abuses increase, it becomes necessary to study their effects and ways to combat them to ensure good governance and strengthen the rule of law. We will divide the research plan into three sections. In the first, we will discuss the concept of violations and public order in society. As for the second section, we will discuss the effects of administrative and constitutional violations on public order. We will allocate the third and final section to discuss the challenges associated with violations and ways to combat them.
