Genome sequence identifies two haplotypes in Aricia morronensis, showing detailed chromosomal pseudomolecules.
<ns7:p>We present a genome assembly from a male specimen of <ns7:italic>Aricia morronensis</ns7:italic> (Spanish Argus; Arthropoda; Insecta; Lepidoptera; Lycaenidae). The assembly contains two haplotypes with total lengths of 433.74 megabases and 432.33 megabases. Most of haplotype 1 (99.95%) is scaffolded into 23 chromosomal pseudomolecules, including the Z sex chromosome. Haplotype 2 was assembled to scaffold level. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled, with a length of 15.39 kilobases.</ns7:p>
