Genome assembly reveals haplotypes and organelle genome structure in Arabis hirsuta, indicating its genetic complexity.
<ns7:p>We present a genome assembly from a specimen of <ns7:italic>Arabis hirsuta</ns7:italic> (Hairy rockcress; Streptophyta; Magnoliopsida; Brassicales; Brassicaceae). The assembly contains two haplotypes with total lengths of 582.67 megabases and 576.85 megabases. Most of haplotype 1 (99.96%) is scaffolded into 16 chromosomal pseudomolecules. Haplotype 2 was assembled to scaffold level. The mitochondrial and plastid genome assemblies have lengths of 342.94 kilobases and 153.77 kilobases, respectively.</ns7:p>
