Assessment of teaching methods enhances humanities instruction in technical universities, suggesting better educator training and program design.
Russian education is undergoing serious changes that are associated with the growing demand for humanities, the volatility of the labor market, the integration of modern means and methods of education, the collaboration of higher education institutions with online schools and courses. In addition, one of the main goals of development is to strengthen fundamental education, namely the training of specialists without compromising the main disciplines. However, one of the important problems is the specificity of teaching humanities in technical universities. Methods for solving this problem are effective pedagogical design, as a result of which a teaching program is developed with special attention to the interests and characteristics of students. Another, no less important method for improving the quality of teaching is advanced training courses for teachers, which allow them to acquire important methodological skills.
