Analysis of collective bargaining impacts on union and non-union members in CIS countries, suggesting legal reforms.
The article considers social partnership through the prism of collective bargaining. A study of the legal regulation of the institution of collective agreement of the Commonwealth of Independent States countries is conducted. Judicial practice on this issue is considered. In order to maintain a balance of interests between members of the trade union organization and persons who are not members of the trade union, it is proposed to amend the labor legislation, allowing the extension of the collective agreement to members of the trade union and persons who have joined it, to consolidate the concept of «solidarity contribution».
