The digital transformation of the healthcare sector, which includes equipping medical institutions with high-tech equipment, computer technology, the use of television and video technologies, as well as artificial intelligence capabilities, requires increasing the competence of medical personnel, improving their digital skills, while providing social support to health workers by the state. The analysis of the specifics of the organization of branches of medical institutions, the legal status of remote workers and the duties of the employer as a tax agent, the terms of the employment contract of the head of the branch, specified by the Federal Law “On Amendments to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation” dated December 13, 2024 No. 470-FZ, which extended the new procedure to previously concluded contracts.
