This research demonstrates significant anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties of triazoles, highlighting molecular docking and ADME results.
The present research highlights a simple method for the preparation of novel triazoles using click chemistry, which were fully characterized using 1 H and 13 C NMR, as well as HRMS analytical techniques. All triazole derivatives were further evaluated for their antioxidant and anti‐inflammatory properties, along with ADME and molecular docking studies. The in vitro anti‐inflammatory activity of the synthesized triazoles 4c and 4d showed significant IC 50 values of 34.12 ± 0.55 µg/mL and 35.57 ± 0.35 µg/mL, respectively, and was further supported by DPPH assay results with IC 50 values of 37.29 ± 0.86 µg/mL and 41.50 ± 0.68 µg/mL for 4c and 4d, respectively. The biological data were promising, while molecular docking provided insights into their binding interactions. Additionally, ADME analysis further supported their potential as drug candidates.
