Genome assembly reveals 27 chromosomal pseudomolecules and a 17.21 kb mitochondrial genome in Celypha lacunana, suggesting insights into Lepidoptera diversity.
<ns3:p>We present a genome assembly from a male specimen of <ns3:italic>Celypha lacunana</ns3:italic> (Common Marble; Arthropoda; Insecta; Lepidoptera; Tortricidae). The genome sequence has a total length of 591.83 megabases. Most of the assembly (99.68%) is scaffolded into 27 chromosomal pseudomolecules. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled, with a length of 17.21 kilobases.</ns3:p>
