Simulation reveals factors affecting performance in small reciprocating air compressors, indicating optimization pathways.
The finite element model of the heat flow-solid coupling exhaust valve group was established, and the transient coupled analysis of the exhaust valve group model was conducted. The results show that the simulated displacement of the exhaust valve plate is consistent with the theoretical research results, verifying the correctness of the differential model of the exhaust valve plate movement. Based on the established heat flow-solid coupling exhaust valve group model and the differential model of the exhaust valve plate movement, the optimization design of the air compressor structure was conducted, revealing the influence mechanism of different structural parameters (root corner radius, stroke limiter height) and air compressor speed on the basic performance of the air compressor, and verifying the correctness of the influence mechanism based on finite element simulation results.
