Model improves efficiency of contractual relations in the agro-industrial sector, suggesting optimization approaches.
The article considers a model of effective use of contractual relations in the agro-industrial sector, aimed at the sustainable development of interactions between producers, processors and other subjects of the agricultural market. Special attention is paid to the application of economic and mathematical methods for optimizing contractual mechanisms: principal–agent models, linear programming, econometric and stochastic analysis. A comprehensive approach to the formation of contracts is proposed, taking into account the specifics of agricultural production and risk characteristics. The results can be used in the design of agro-industrial clusters, the development of a regulatory framework and programs to support agriculture. The article examines the importance of contractual relations between small and large agricultural enterprises in the agroindustrial complex. She analyzes the benefits of using contracts for both parties, and also describes the main problems and possible solutions related to these relationships.
