Analytical framework enhances performance assessment of small businesses, suggesting stakeholder-focused metrics.
A system of analytical indicators for a comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of a small business entity has been developed, which consists of three interconnected subsystems of multi-level indicators for each of the identified stakeholders: strategically oriented; process-oriented; operationally oriented. An approach to generalizing the results of a comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of a small business entity’s activities is proposed based on the formation of stakeholder profiles consisting of integrated indicators and comprehensive criteria of effectiveness at hierarchical levels — strategy, processes, opportunities.
