Dynamic compensation control maintains CC/CV output in wireless charging systems, highlighting resilience to parameter offset.
This paper addresses the challenges of constant current (CC)/constant voltage (CV) charging in LCL‐S wireless charging systems under parameter offset. It proposes a dynamic compensation control strategy based on a switch‐controlled capacitor (SCC). By reconfiguring the component parameter of the LCL‐S resonant network, the system achieves CC/CV output characteristics and zero‐phase angle (ZPA) operation at a fixed operating frequency. To resolve resonance detuning caused by parameter offset in coil self‐inductance and compensating inductance, a primary‐side dynamic tuning strategy using SCC is designed. It enables real‐time adjustment of equivalent capacitance for charging mode switching and parameter compensation. Experimental results demonstrate the CC/CV output fluctuation remains below 5% under 10% parameter offset, with an average charging efficiency of 91.4%. This method eliminates the need for topology reconfiguration or secondary‐side communication. It provides a highly robust solution for electric vehicle wireless charging systems.
