The article examines the features of the implementation of innovative technologies in the logistics activities of Ukrainian enterprises. The key reasons for the effectiveness of the implementation of innovative solutions in the logistics activities of domestic enterprises are substantiated. The main problems of the innovative transformation of the logistics processes of domestic enterprises are considered. Among them, the following are highlighted: fragmentation of logistics processes; low level of digital integration; lack of investment in new technologies; weak adaptation of personnel to digital solutions. The main trends in the development of logistics in the conditions of digital transformation are studied. The need to implement modern IT solutions, such as supply chain management (SCM), warehouse management system (WMS), transport management system (TMS), customer interaction system (CRM), is substantiated. The implementation of the considered information technologies in logistics activities will provide enterprises with: 1) increased competitiveness; 2) reduced logistics costs; 3) transparency of supply chains; 4) improved customer service; 5) reduced risks and better adaptation to changes; 6) attraction of investments and access to international markets. A scheme of an integrated logistics process (TMS + WMS + ERP + CRM + SCM) has been developed. The use of artificial intelligence, Big Data and the Internet of Things (IoT) in the logistics of enterprises has been proposed to ensure savings in production costs and increase competitiveness. The prospects for increasing the efficiency of logistics processes through innovations have been outlined. The macroeconomic effect of the mass introduction of innovative technologies into the logistics activities of domestic enterprises has been determined: reducing the cost of production of domestic enterprises; increasing the export potential of Ukraine; increasing labor productivity in the field of transport and trade. These factors will positively affect the growth of the country's GDP and its integration into global value chains.
