Analysis of cultural tourism growth in Central Asia, highlighting the role of intangible heritage and national traditions.
The article is devoted to the study of cultural and educational tourism in Central Asia, covering studies of the historical, cultural and natural heritage of the region. The trends in tourism development in Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan are considered in detail, statistical data on the growth of tourist flows and the characteristics of national traditions are provided. Particular attention is paid to the role of intangible cultural heritage, such activities as carpet weaving, which play an important role in the formation of the tourist brand of each country in the region. The purpose of the study is to study the current state and prospects for the development of cultural and educational tourism in the countries of Central Asia.
