This analysis reveals flow behavior of casson nanofluid in unsteady conditions, suggesting significant application in chemical reactors and cooling systems.
This study investigates the behavior of a chemically reactive Casson nanofluid around a convectively heated revolving cone in an unsteady radiative flow. This research has significant implications for applications in chemical reactors, aerospace engineering, advanced cooling systems, and manufacturing processes. The mathematical model is derived using fundamental fluid dynamics principles, leading to a self‐similar solution validated through semi‐analytical simulation. The free stream and cone angular velocities are modeled as linear inverse functions of time. Tangential velocity increases with the angular velocity ratio. Azimuthal velocity shows complex variations influenced by unsteady flow and angular velocity parameters. Skin‐friction coefficients, Nusselt number, and Sherwood number are calculated to characterize the surface interactions. Mass transfer is enhanced by solutal Biot and chemical reaction parameters, as well as Brownian motion, but is hindered by thermo‐migration and higher Schmidt numbers. These insights contribute to a deeper understanding of the dynamic behavior of Casson nanofluids in practical engineering systems.
