This analysis reveals how chemical reactions and variable characteristics affect flow dynamics in Casson nanofluids, highlighting significant interactions.
This investigation delves into the intricate dynamics of Casson nanofluid flow and heat transfer across a cylinder with a sinusoidal radius. By considering both nodal and saddle points, the study provides a comprehensive understanding of the flow behavior. The analysis incorporates the effects of Newtonian heating and a higher‐order chemical reaction, revealing the intricate interplay between thermal, solutal, and hydrodynamic processes. To enhance realism, the model incorporates temperature‐dependent thermal conductivity and viscosity, overcoming the limitations of constant values often used in simpler models. The implementation of appropriate transformation converts the mathematical model into coupled nonlinear differential equations. Numerical results are obtained through the bvp4c algorithm. Graphical and tabular results depict how different parameters affect the flow pattern. Thermal transmission optimizes on amplifying the variable thermal conductivity parameter. On enhancing the chemical reaction parameter solutal field augments as the rate of reaction increases. Surface drag force elevates for growing values of the Hartmann number. The robustness of the present analysis is determined when the results of the presented model are compared with previously published works. An excellent correspondence of the outcomes of this study confirms the precision and consistency of the flow model.
