In Azerbaijan, industrial competitiveness remains a central issue shaped by various internal and external factors. Despite having considerable potential, the countrys industrial competitiveness is hindered by challenges such as underdeveloped infrastructure, limited innovation, and unequal investment distribution. This paper explores the current state of industrial competitiveness in Azerbaijan, identifies the key barriers limiting its growth, and offers strategic recommendations to overcome these obstacles. By focusing on regulatory reforms, infrastructure development, education and skill enhancement, foreign investment attraction, and innovation support the paper outlines a path toward strengthening Azerbaijans industrial capacity and competitiveness in global markets.
