Research shows effective digital accompanying flight for spacecraft, implying improved energy flow management.
Based on the concept of digital twins, the concept, connotation, and functional points of the spacecraft’s digital accompanying flight system are proposed in this paper, and it is the basis for a digital accompanying flight that is a trusted digital model and flight effect/program-driven simulation strategy. The two key technologies of digital companionship are proposed. Taking the Chang’e-5 power supply and distribution system as an example, the practical test application is carried out in the thermal test of the whole spacecraft and the Telemetry control system wireless joint test. The maximum error of the key indicators under steady-state conditions is less than 5%, and the average error is less than 2%, which verifies the feasibility of the digital accompanying flight technology solution for energy flow, which is of great reference significance for the subsequent multi-disciplinary digital flight simulation verification of spacecraft systems.
