Analysis reveals how negative properties hinder the introduction of robotics and AI in transport security, indicating significant obstacles ahead.
Subject/Topic. This article is devoted to the study of the impact of the negative properties of derivative investment projects on the process of introducing robotization and artificial intelligence (AI) in the field of transport security, to analyze the prospects and to identify key obstacles to the effective use of these technologies. Objective. The purpose of the study is to identify the negative properties of derivative investment projects that affect the process of introducing new technologies in the field of HS related to robotization and the introduction of artificial intelligence (AI). Methodology. In the course of the study, the methods of system analysis, comparative analysis, expert assessments and scenario modeling were used. The analysis of the existing literature on the issues of derivative investment projects, robotics and AI in the field of security, as well as the regulatory framework governing activities in the field of HS was carried out. The analysis of economic and technological aspects of the introduction of new technologies in the field of HS was carried out, taking into account the specifics of derivatives investment projects. Results. Potential areas of application of robotization and AI in the field of occupational safety (patrolling, inspection, data analysis, threat forecasting) are presented. The key negative properties of derivative investment projects (information asymmetry, uncertainty, principal-agent problem, network effects, binding effect, high transaction costs) that have a significant impact on the process of implementing robotization and AI are determined. the actions of these negative factors, which impede the timely updating of ITSS, the effective integration of new technologies and the achievement of the set goals. Conclusions/Significance. The article substantiates the need to take into account the negative properties of derivative investment projects in the planning and implementation of projects for the introduction of robotics and AI in the field of health safety. It is shown that overcoming these obstacles is a prerequisite for the effective use of innovative technologies, increasing the level of transport safety and reducing dependence on the human factor. more effective strategies and programs for the development of the TS sector. Application. The results of the study can be used by government agencies, organizations of the transport complex, developers of TS equipment and safety experts in the development and implementation of projects for the introduction of robotics and AI in the field of TS, as well as in the formation of a regulatory framework governing this activity.
