This analysis proposes mandatory land management strategies to enhance soil fertility in agricultural land use.
The lack of effective mechanisms for implementing the legally established requirements for the rational use of agricultural land and the poor level of land administration led to the loss of significant physical and productive potential of agricultural land. There is a “disease” – a lack of responsibility for the depletive use of agricultural land, for the depletion of soil fertility. The “cure” is the mandatory state land management with the establishment of agricultural regulations for the land use, the implementation of which prevents the depletion, degradation and damage of land and restores soil fertility. The author insists on the need to improve the ineffective current system of regulation of land relations and land administration.
