The present research deals with the Impact of Burnout on Organizational Climate of Secondary Schools teachers. The study was conducted on the 80 teachers of 10 secondary schools of Ghaziabad District of Uttar Pradesh (India). The descriptive survey method was used in the study. The sample of the study has been drawn by using stratified random sampling method. Burnout Inventory developed by Karuna Shankar Misra and Organizational Climate Questionnaire developed by Somnath Chtopdhyay and Aggrawal (2011) was used as research tools. The findings revealed that Motivational level wise the low scores group of teachers were highly impacted through Depersonalization and Easy Going dimensions of burnout. The Emotional Exhaustion and Task Avoidance dimensions of burnout have negative impact on the organizational structure and Depersonalization and Easy Going dimensions of burnout have negative impact on the Motivational level of Secondary School Teachers.
