Emotional Intelligence is becoming a popular topic in today's world, as it is linked with work-life balance and job performance in different fields currently in demand. The same is the case with the female workforce, who are part of educational institutions, especially principals, who face challenges in finding ways to balance their roles with performing well at their jobs to secure promotional opportunities. This study examines the effect of emotional Intelligence on the work life balance and job performance of female principals in the education sector, particularly in District Charsadda, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan, to determine the level of EI, W.L.B., and JP within the lives of women principals working at higher levels of management. A quantitative approach was employed in this study. The principal instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. With the help of the rule of thumb as a sampling procedure, 304 were from government female institutions and 66 from private institutions, making a total of 370 samples of principals selected through Stratified Random Sampling with Proportional Allocation Rule. The SEM (Structural Equation Model) technique was used to model relationships among the current study's research variables and test the concern hypothesis. The study's results proved that the Emotional Intelligence of female principals has a positive impact on work-life balance and job performance. This study has positive implications for how female principals in Pakistan strive to preserve stability in their professional responsibilities for institutional school administrations. It exposed how female principals in Pakistan seek to balance their professional duties with domestic responsibilities.
