“One-stop” student community comprehensive management mode is conducive to carrying out the ideological and political education in universities. While series of problems have graducally arisen currently in the integration of “one-stop” student community construction and party building work, such as incomplete working mechanism, insufficient education force and inadequate activities with full innovation. As a result, the effectiveness of “one-stop” student community is affeted and the leading role of the Party is restricted. Therefore, it is necessary to innovate and explore the integrated development of “one-stop” student community construction and party building work in different ways, such as strengthening top-level design, enriching the cultivation of teaching staff, innovating more cultural atmosphere, expanding online media platforms and giving full play to the role of party members, so as to enhance the education effectiveness of “one-stop” student community with the Party as guidance.
