Observational analysis shows improved provider satisfaction and technique adoption in headache treatment, indicating expanded access to behavioral interventions.
Plain Language Summary Access to behavioral therapies for headache is limited. The Veterans Administration trained 233 providers across the country in a specialized headache‐focused behavioral therapy and introduced a biofeedback program. Early results show that trained providers were satisfied with their training and are using these techniques in practice, and this may pave the way for broader access to non‐medication headache treatments.
