Analysis reveals government regulation impacts corporate growth in industrial enterprises, suggesting vital strategies for sustainability.
The article examines the key determinants of sustainable development in industrial enterprises through the lens of complex interactions between endogenous and exogenous factors. The author’s analysis encompasses institutional, systemic, resource-based, and methodological approaches, highlighting the role of government regulation, industry-specific characteristics, regional peculiarities, and socio-economic context. Special attention is paid to internal sustainability factors, including socio-organizational, innovative, environmental, and financial-economic aspects. An original classification of determinants is proposed, enabling the development of balanced corporate growth strategies. The findings demonstrate that industrial resilience is achieved through the synergy of adaptive management and institutional conditions, which form the foundation for long-term competitiveness.
