Quantitative analysis reveals high satisfaction in tourist attractions and local culture in East Nusa Tenggara.
This study aims to understand the satisfaction of tourists visiting Liman Beach in East Nusa Tenggara Province (NTT). The lack of empirical studies related to the topic and the significant potential for tourism management in Emerging Destinations in the context of NTT justify the gap in the agenda. To meet the research objectives, we used a quantitative method through the application of the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method. Data were obtained through a questionnaire distributed via Google Form involving 100 tourists as a sample. The results of the study showed that tourists were quite satisfied with the supporting services (42.25); Interest in Returning (47.71); Amenities (52.78); Activities (56.62); Local Culture (58.37); Management Institutions (58.93); Recommendations (59.52) and Suitability of Expectations (63.30) at Liman Beach. At the same time, Attractions received a value of (81.11 percent), meaning that tourists were very satisfied. This study is considered useful for stakeholders in the process of compiling a management model in Emerging Destinations.
