Training of Teaching Staff for the Region: Integration Practices

The article is devoted to the issues of the shortage of qualified teaching staff in educational institutions and, as a consequence, the need to adapt the educational system to the changing requirements of modern society and the labor market. An analysis of regional personnel needs, the system of training teachers and career guidance work is presented. The authors argue that to solve this problem, an integrated approach is needed, including in terms of identifying priority areas for transforming the existing system of teacher training.
