This study investigates frequency-phase hybrid coding to improve autocorrelation and Doppler tolerance in MIMO radar systems.
Aiming at the deficiencies of traditional orthogonal LFM waveforms in MIMO radar applications, this study explores frequency-phase hybrid coding technology. By systematically analyzing the spatio-temporal characteristics, Doppler tolerance, and high autocorrelation sidelobe issues of traditional waveforms, a joint frequency-phase coding optimization scheme based on the DDPG algorithm is proposed. Experiments demonstrate that this scheme significantly enhances the autocorrelation performance and Doppler tolerance of waveforms, offering an effective approach for MIMO radar performance optimization.
