Algorithms enhance residual frequency and quality parameter measurement in solid-state wave gyroscopes, indicating potential efficiency gains.
The purpose of the article is to develop and analyze the effectiveness of various methods and computational algorithms for accelerated comprehensive control of resonatorfrequency and quality parameterresidual values of integrating solid-state wave gyroscopes. It is proposed to perform measurements in the free oscillation modes of the rotating gyroscoperesonator. This will speed up the production control of the characteristics duringresonatorbalancing, as well as during the structural assembly of gyroscopes. In addition, they can be useful in performing operational diagnostics and monitoring the preservation of the selected characteristics as a part of the synthesis of an integrated system for actively improving the accuracy of the gyroscopes in question. Two-level schemes for identifying characteristics of free oscillations of gyroscope resonators with mutual coordination of computational algorithms of the two levels were chosen as the basis for the studied methods. The first level of identification is the processing of signals from the gyroscope measuring device in order to detect slowly changing functions of the amplitudes and angles of standing waves. Then, on its basis, the identification of mathematical model design parameters of gyroscope resonator free oscillations for further calculation of theresonator frequency and quality parametersis carried out onthe second level of the computing circuit. Therefore, the following issues are considered in the article: mathematical problemformulations of two-level identification of the resonatoraccuracy mechanical characteristics; options for choosing the duration of the measurementmode of the resonatoraccuracy mechanical characteristics; the influence of the observation interval on mathematical schemes for solving inverse problems of identifying the resonatoraccuracy mechanical characteristics in the modes of rotating gyroscopes; algorithmic support of methods production control of the parameters of residual frequency and Q-of-Q resonators when rotating at a constant speed or by rotating the gyroscope at an arbitrary angular velocity; effectiveness of algorithms for processing primary information; evaluation of primary information processing algorithms on the efficiency of identification of accuracy mechanical characteristics of resonators.
