Research demonstrates enhanced strength and antifriction properties in polymer composites, indicating advancements in explosive treatment technology.
Polymer composite materials based on thermoplastic polymer, polytetrafluoroethylene PTFE filled with aluminum oxide Al2O3 and β-sialone after explosive pressing were studied by X-ray diffraction analysis. The research was carried out in order to develop a technology for explosive pressing of polymer composite materials with increased strength and antifriction properties.
