The purpose of this study is to explore the development of health and wellness tourism in the Green Tourism Village of Bilebante, West Lombok, as a leading tourist attraction in West Nusa Tenggara Province. The focus of this research is to analyze the village's potential in health tourism and its impact from economic, social, and environmental aspects. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method to analyze the potential of health and fitness tourism in the Green Tourism Village of Bilebante, West Lombok. The data in this study used qualitative and quantitative data, data sources in this study used primary and secondary data sources, in data collection used observation interviews documentation, and literature studies to obtain credible data. The results showed that Bilebante Green Tourism Village has great potential as a health tourism destination, with the main attractions being the utilization of herbal plants, traditional medicine practices, and nature-based activities such as yoga, meditation, and herbal therapy. From an economic aspect, the development of health tourism in this village opens up new business opportunities for the community, especially in the production and marketing of herbal medicine products, spa services, and health tourism packages. From the socio-cultural aspect, health tourism contributes to the preservation of traditional culture, especially in herbal-based medicine, and strengthens the identity of the local community. Meanwhile, from an environmental aspect, the concept of ecotourism implemented through organic farming, waste management, and the use of renewable energy contributes to environmental preservation.
