This research discusses the concept of a sakinah family according to Jama'ah Tabligh in Ambarawa, Semarang Regency, with a focus on the criteria of a sakinah family, the fulfillment of the rights and obligations of the wife when the husband goes khuruj fi sabilillah, and efforts to realize it. The method used is qualitative field research to describe social reality in depth. The results show that a sakinah family is understood as a harmonious family built on obedience to Allah, deliberation, and understanding between husband and wife. The main principles applied include al-karamat al-insaniyah, kafa'ah, morals, clear marriage goals, deliberation, expression of love, and justice in household life
