Organizational and economic ways to overcome the abandonment of land in agricultural production

The article discusses the issues of solving the problem of non-use of land in agricultural production. It is proposed to do this on the basis of the development and implementation of a specialized investment program. The solution of the problems under consideration is proposed to be solved at those levels — regional, municipal and economic, the general management of the program should be carried out by a special directorate, endowed with appropriate organizational and financial powers.
