The article examines interaction between agro-industrial complex and mining complexes, indicating new areas for technological sovereignty.
The article examines the essential content of territorial production complexes of cluster type – agro-industrial and mining complexes. The issues of multi-element and multi-component nature of their structural content, interaction with natural resources, provision of raw materials to other business entities, new possible areas of interaction on the way to solving problems of ensuring technological sovereignty and further development of innovative economy are touched upon. Particular attention is paid to the interaction of the agro-industrial complex and the mining and industrial complex through the creation of a single agro-bio-energy cluster of the regional level, within which it is possible to solve environmental problems and small-scale energy in non-urban (rural) territories.
