This analysis finds that instructional clarity and classroom climate enhance student outcomes, highlighting the need for equitable teacher distribution.
This study explores how teacher-related factors contribute to the effectiveness of culturally responsive pedagogy in enhancing student outcomes. Using cross-national data, it analyzes the role of instructional clarity, classroom climate, teacher competence, and equitable access to high-quality teachers. Findings reveal that students benefit from clear and engaging instruction, well-managed learning environments, and teachers who possess both pedagogical expertise and cultural sensitivity. However, disparities in teacher distribution and regional differences in teacher impact continue to challenge educational equity. The study underscores the importance of investing in teacher development, instructional quality, and equitable teacher assignment to ensure all students experience inclusive and effective learning.
