This project implements a negotiation system to enhance outsourcing services, suggesting improved efficiency and transparency.
This study aims to develop a Website-Based Outsourcing Services Negotiation System at PT XYZ using the Extreme Programming (XP) method. The system is designed as a solution for companies that do not yet have a digital platform to manage the submission of outsourcing service negotiations. The simplified business process includes client registration, service submission, negotiation, and invoice generation. XP was chosen for its iterative and flexible approach to accommodate changing user needs. An object-oriented approach is applied to enhance code modularity and readability. The system was developed using the PHP programming language and tested using the black box method to ensure all functions operate according to user requirements. The result is a web-based system that improves efficiency, communication, and transparency between clients and administrators. This system supports the company's digital transformation and adds value to the outsourcing negotiation process by making it more modern, faster, and well-documented.
