We present the case of a 12-year-old male child with keratitis–ichthyosis–deafness syndrome, a rare congenital disorder characterized by keratitis, ichthyosis, and deafness. The patient presented with generalized ichthyosis shortly after birth. In addition, he displayed hyperkeratosis on the palms and soles and a history of recurrent folliculitis episodes on the scalp and body. The patient also presented with bilateral vascularizing keratitis in the eyes and bilateral mixed hearing loss.
