The article demonstrates the Digital-Institutional Theory's impact on regional investment attractiveness using confrontation tools.
The article introduces the Digital-Institutional Theory of Regional Holding Sustainability (DITRHS), designed to manage flow processes within territorially distributed holdings under conditions of uncertainty, digitalization, and institutional fragmentation. The author proposes integrating a managed confrontation mechanism as a core element of predictive diagnostics and adaptive flow conflict regulation. A five-stage management system is developed, comprising sensory, analytical, decision-making, escalation, and post-conflict modules. The author also introduces the concept of regional adaptivity and the Regional Holistic Maturity Index (RHMI), which quantifies institutional, infrastructural, and human capital maturity. The model provides a practical framework for assessing regional investment attractiveness and designing business-government interaction systems in the context of digital economic transformation.
