Analysis reveals key limitations in existing economic cooperation models, suggesting a shift toward hybrid governance and digital integration.
The article examines theoretical and practical aspects of transforming business models in Armenia–China economic cooperation amid global challenges and the digital restructuring of the world economy. The study analyzes the current interaction formats and identifies key limitations of existing models, such as their transactional nature, weak institutional integration, and limited technological collaboration. The paper justifies the need to shift toward a resilient partnership architecture based on co-design principles, digital value chain integration, and hybrid governance structures. An original three-level transformation model is proposed, supported by a structured set of financial, institutional, and technological instruments. The scientific novelty lies in the formalization of an integrated cooperation model between a small economy and a global partner within the framework of strategic business model management.
