Observational analysis shows galvanomagnetic changes in n-InSb after neutron and X-ray irradiation, indicating potential for X-ray dosimeters.
The preliminary results of research of monocrystalline n-InSb galvanomagnetic characteristics are given at a consecutive irradiation by fast reactor neutrons and Rhe 40 keV at temperature 77 K and subsequent annealing. The conclusion is made about an opportunity of use prepared on the specified technology Indium Antimonide as a material for low temperature X-ray dosimeters.
