The research describes a methodology using cyber-physical motion capture technology and ergonomic assessments to optimize labor processes.
The lack of innovative methods for assessing the ergonomics of manual labor contributes to the spread of industrial injuries and occupational diseases of the musculoskeletal system among workers. These problems lead to a decrease in productivity and create significant risks of both production and economic losses for enterprises. The purpose of the study is to describe the algorithm of the methodology for assessing manual and semi-automated labor, aimed at optimizing production processes within the framework of the Industry 5.0 concept. The proposed methodology is based on the use of a cyber-physical motion capture suit and digital twin technologies, as well as the integration of modern ergonomic methods for assessing working postures RULA, REBA and the ISO 11226 standard. This approach ensures objective and highly accurate diagnostics of ergonomic risks in the workplace associated with manual labor, allowing you to identify critical positions and loads that contribute to the development of occupational diseases. The study confirmed the effectiveness of the system in optimizing labor processes, which helps to improve working conditions and reduce the risk of injury. In addition, the methodology meets the requirements of sustainable development and current standards of modern production environments, which makes it promising for widespread implementation in various industries.
