Conceptual model enhances operational efficiency using digital platforms, indicating strategic sustainability and agility.
Amid the rapid development of digital technologies and an increasingly volatile external environment, organizations face a growing need for systematic approaches to managing operational activities. This article presents an original conceptual model for enhancing operational efficiency through the integration of digital platforms. The model is built upon a synthesis of theoretical, methodological, and applied frameworks that enable the creation of a unified management system fostering both strategic sustainability and operational agility. The proposed model comprises seven interconnected blocks: goal-setting, methodological, analytical, diagnostic, implementation, performance evaluation, and validation. Each block represents a specific stage of digital transformation in management processes, incorporating modern tools such as strategic environmental analysis, digital maturity assessment, change management models, and innovation implementation practices. Particular attention is given to regulatory and legal frameworks, digitalization risks, and the development of a digital corporate culture. The model's development and application allow organizations to design adaptive management architectures capable of responding effectively to rapidly changing external conditions – a critical factor in today's competitive and technologically driven global economy.
