This analysis shows the impact of governance mechanisms on knowledge transfer in national projects, suggesting that integration fosters technological leadership.
The integration of the potential of business and universities plays a key role in the implementation of national projects of the state, providing them with scientific, technological and personnel support. The creation of consortia uniting universities, scientific organizations and industrial enterprises allows us to concentrate resources on the implementation of priority areas of development. Using practical examples, the article proves that joint projects contribute to the transfer of knowledge and technology, accelerating the introduction of innovations into the real sector of the economy. It was noted that, for example, online educational programs developed with the participation of industrial partners provide training for specialists with relevant competencies, which directly contributes to achieving the goals of national projects. The emphasis is placed on the fact that the government currently supports the development of flexible cooperation mechanisms, which explains the urgency of finding effective tools for managing the integration of business and universities and developing indicators to assess its effectiveness. Thus, the integration of universities and enterprises not only contributes to the achievement of technological leadership, but also forms a sustainable ecosystem that ensures the long-term development of the economy in accordance with government priorities.
