This test automation system improves data verification and reduces error rates in vehicle electromagnetic compatibility tests.
In this paper, the automatic test system of vehicle electromagnetic compatibility test based on a big data platform realizes the automatic test process of vehicle electromagnetic compatibility test business. Traditional vehicle electromagnetic compatibility test relies on manpower to carry out physical experiments, which has problems such as difficult management data verification, many repetitive works, a high error rate, and data islands caused by an inability to share laboratory data. The system uses B / S architecture to connect test equipment. Through the combination of intelligent equipment, edge computing, Internet of Things platform, and cloud, the electromagnetic compatibility automation test is realized, which solves the problems of difficult management data verification, many repetitive works, high error rate, and data islands caused by an inability to share laboratory data. The system is controlled by a GPIB interface bus or LAN network to realize the whole process of automatic testing of vehicle electromagnetic compatibility business. After the trial operation in the laboratory, the system greatly reduces the time of checking test data and analyzing and managing data, reduces the repeatability and error rate, solves the problem of laboratory data island, and improves the work efficiency and accuracy.
